TO AVOID A DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER FROM CUSTOMS, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST:

·         Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

Free shipping on orders over Rs 499. For orders under over Rs 499, we will charge a certain shipping Amount depends upon the Region we ship to.

As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. Why can I not see any update in the tracking link?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive your parcels tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Note that it may take 48 hours from when you received the shipping confirmation email before the tracking link is active.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge a fee of Rs.150 to cover our packaging fee and costs of return shipping for national order.

For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge a fee of Rs.2999 to cover our packaging fee and costs of return shipping for international order.
