RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Return and Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.

RETURN POLICY

Item that are with unopened flexible clips, Adhesive tape strips, hanging hooks, hanging ribbons, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The shipping charges for the returned/exchange parcel will be the sole responsibility of the customer.  

Once we receive the returned parcel, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request. All returns happen via Bank Transfer to original source of payment which can take upto 15 working days.  Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For goods that are returned to us because the customer has not collected the goods, we charge a fee of Rs.150 to cover our packaging fee and costs of return shipping for national order.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 7 days after receiving it to make a return. Item that are with unopened flexible clips, Adhesive tape strips, hanging hooks, hanging ribbons, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return. There is no exchange for international orders.

Please note that I M Global Media and Communication has no control over customs duty charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual, additionally it is non-refundable on our part in the event of a return.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return parcel. The shipping costs associated with the returned parcel will be entirely the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the returned parcel, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through we will process your request. We will also deduct the shipping expenses for product delivery from the total amount paid. All returns happen via Bank Transfer to original source of payment which can take upto 15 working days.  Customized orders are not eligible for returns.
